font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Sie wächst fast in jedem Garten und hat viele Eigenschaften, die leicht in Vergessenheit geraten! Die Brennnessel wird gerne bei Harnwegsentzündungen oder zur Vorbeugung von Nieren- und Blasensteine in Form einer Durchspültherapie eingesetzt. Auch hilft sie schmerzlindernd bei rheumatischen Beschwerden oder leichten Gelenkserkrankungen. An kalten Wintertagen wärmt sie als Tee sanft den Körper von innen heraus…<o:p></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Ich pflücke mir jeden Frühling (Mai) viele Brennnesseln an streng ausgewählten Orten. Im eigenen Garten habe ich eine extra Ecke eingerichtet. Wildbrennnesseln ergattere ich mir immer weit ab von Straßen, in freier und unberührter Natur. So kann ich davon ausgehen, dass die Nesseln nicht Abgasgeschädigt sind. <o:p></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Nach dem Pflücken (mit Handschuhe) binde ich die Brennnesseln zu mehreren, nicht zu dicken Strängen. Dafür verwende ich reine Wolle… Die gebundenen Bündel hänge ich anschließend für mehrere Tage an einen geschützten Ort (Terrasse/Balkon/Gartenhaus) zum Trocknen. Die Bündel sollten nicht der ständigen Sonne oder Regen ausgesetzt sein. Zwischendurch wende ich die Bündel, damit sich kein Schimmel bilden oder sich Tierchen einnisten können.<o:p></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Nach sorgfältiger Trocknung prüfe ich die Nesseln und lege ein großes Leinenlaken aus und schiebe die getrockneten Blätter vorsichtig vom Stängel ab. Die gesammelten Blätter liegen nun auf dem Laken und werden per Hand verlesen und nach Wunsch fein gerieben. Den Ertrag fülle ich sofort in meine Tongefäße, die anschließend lichtgeschützt gelagert werden. Wer den Tee verschenken möchte, kann sich (nicht lichtdurchlässige)Teetütchen besorgen, die sich mühelos verschließen und schmücken lassen.<o:p></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Tee-Zubereitung:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Für eine Teekanne nehme ich 1-2 Handvoll getrocknete Brennnesseln, übergieße das Ganze mit gekochtem, noch heißen Wasser und lasse das Ganze bis zu 10 Min. ziehen, je nach Geschmack gebe ich einen Spritzer Zitrone und Honig dazu. Auf Zucker verzichte ich grundsätzlich, weil dieser die Wirkung von Tee nachhaltig beinflussen kann.<o:p></o:p></span></div><div class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">Als Kur:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div><div class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: "; font-size: 12; line-height: 115%;">3-4 Tassen pro Tag, viel Wasser dazu trinken und auf Koffein verzichten.
